- What are my design options?
- You have three options: design your sticker with our online builder, upload your own file (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPG), or let our team create the design for you.
- Can I upload my own artwork?
- Yes. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. You can also build your layout with our online designer.
- Do you have a business solution?
- Yes. If you regularly order multiple designs, reach out to request a Business account. You’ll get access to batch ordering—order smaller quantities of different stickers while taking advantage of group discounted pricing. It also helps you organize your designs and streamline your purchasing process.
Artwork & Proofs
- Do you check my files before printing?
- Always. We review print quality, color, and cut alignment and email you if anything needs attention.
- What file types do you accept?
- AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Best results: 300 dpi, CMYK, and outline/expand fonts.
- Can I get a proof before printing?
- Yes—digital proofs are free. Approve via email before we print.
- How do I set bleed and cutlines?
- Add 3mm (1/8″) bleed beyond the cut, keep important artwork 3 mm inside the safe area, and supply a 1-pt vector cutline on its own layer if possible.
- Do you color-match Pantone?
- We print CMYK. We can simulate most Pantones closely; for critical matches, include the Pantone code and we’ll optimize.
Production & Shipping
- How long does it take to get my order?
- Standard production is 1–2 business days plus shipping. Rush options are available at checkout.
- Where do you ship from?
- All orders ship from our U.S. production facility.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes—worldwide. Time and cost vary by destination.
- Can I track my order?
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- Do you ship on weekends/holidays?
- Carriers don’t pick up on federal holidays. Weekend production/shipments are limited—choose rush if you’re on a tight deadline.

- Are your stickers waterproof?
- Yes. Our vinyl and laminate finishes are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-protected.
- What finishes do you offer?
- Matte, glossy, and clear vinyl; specialty laminations for labels; heat-transfer films for fabrics.
- Can you make custom shapes?
- Yes—circle, square, oval, kiss-cut, or any custom die-cut.
- How long do stickers last outdoors?
- Typically 2–4 years depending on exposure and handling. Add laminate for best durability.
- Are stickers dishwasher-safe?
- Hand-wash is best. Top-rack dishwasher use is possible but may shorten life over time.
Payments & Returns
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Secure and encrypted.
- Can I cancel or modify an order?
- If production hasn’t started, yes. Submit a ticket HERE with your order number.
- What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- We’ll reprint or refund. Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
- Do you accept POs or offer tax-exempt checkout?
- POs available for approved accounts. Provide your tax-exempt certificate and we’ll enable tax-free billing.
Transfers & Care
- Do you offer heat-transfer prints for fabrics?
- Yes. Our transfer films work on cotton, polyester, and blends.
- What are the basic press settings?
- As a general guide: 305–315°F (152–157°C), medium pressure, 10–15 seconds, warm/cool peel depending on material. Always test on a sample garment.
- How do I wash apparel with transfers?
- Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble low or hang dry; do not iron directly on the transfer.
Privacy & Rights
- Are my designs kept private?
- Yes. We don’t share your files; they’re used only to fulfill your orders.
- Who owns the artwork?
- You do. By uploading, you confirm you have rights to print it; we don’t claim ownership.
