These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how we work with you when you visit or purchase from our website (the “Site”). By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, our support team is just a message away — contact us HERE.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or to consent to receive text messages from us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Delivery

We work fast so you can get your stickers quickly!
Over 95% of our orders are printed and shipped within 72 hours. Once you’ve completed payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within about 48 hours, we’ll follow up with more details and tracking information.

We offer two shipping options (please allow 1 extra business day for printing time):

  • Economy: Arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express: Arrives within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that once your package leaves our office, StickerHood cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or other external factors.

3. Payment

Your payment security matters to us.
StickerHood.com uses safe and encrypted payment systems through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card or payment details.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for your convenience.

4. Warranty

We put care into every order and want you to be 100% happy.
If you receive a faulty product, we’ll replace it free of charge if you notify us within 10 days of delivery. To request a replacement or refund, please use our contact form and include your order number and reason for your claim.

Our products are made with top-quality materials, but please note:

  • Our labels are designed to be removable. They may come off if repeatedly pulled, scratched, or chewed.
  • Always apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for best results.

5. Quality

We take pride in our craft. StickerHood uses premium materials, inks, and equipment to produce long-lasting, vibrant labels.

  • Our adhesives are flexible and strong but may not adhere to Teflon.
  • Our protective lamination film is ultra-thin to keep your labels smooth and flexible while protecting them for years.
  • Textile labels are guaranteed to withstand up to 45 machine washes at 140°F / 60°C.

All of our products are made in the USA, and every step of production happens under our direct supervision — nothing is outsourced. This ensures consistent quality and fast turnaround for every order.

6. Product Safety Information

Important: StickerHood products are not toys. Keep stickers, labels, and magnets away from young children and pets. Small items such as stickers and magnets can pose a choking or ingestion hazard, and swallowing magnets can cause serious internal injury — if a magnet is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Our products are non-toxic and durable but are not meant to be permanent. Apply to clean, dry surfaces, and check periodically that items remain well-adhered; remove any that begin to peel, lift, or wear.

For floor and wall stickers, make sure the surface is suitable and the sticker is fully adhered before use, and take normal care around edges that may lift over time.

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Policy

We respect creativity — yours and everyone else’s.
By uploading artwork, you agree not to submit any content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights of others
  • Contains inappropriate or unlawful material

We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that doesn’t comply.

Your ownership and license to us. By uploading artwork, designs, text, logos, or images (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to reproduce it — including any rights to names, likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted material it contains — and that printing it will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any law.

You grant StickerHood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, modify for production purposes (such as resizing or adding cutlines), proof, and print Your Content solely to fulfill your order, provide support, and enable reorders. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. StickerHood does not pre-screen artwork for intellectual property compliance and is not responsible for verifying that you hold the necessary rights.

If you believe your work has been used without authorization, please contact our legal team with the following details:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A description of the copyrighted or trademarked work
  • A description of where the infringing content appears on our site
  • A statement (under penalty of perjury) that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • Your signature

We may terminate or refuse service to users who repeatedly infringe on others’ rights.

8. Refund Policy

We want every order to be perfect, but here’s how refunds and replacements work:

  • No refunds are issued once an order has been completed and shipped, since we can’t control the package after dispatch.
  • No refunds for orders that have a print proof issued for approval. Instead, store credit will be offered.
  • Faulty products or mistakes made by us will be replaced free of charge — please notify us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Slight color or background variations between the website images and your final product are normal and not grounds for refund.
  • Design or spelling errors must be reported within 90 minutes of receiving your confirmation email. Later changes cannot be guaranteed, as production may already be underway.
  • If your shipping address contains typos or missing details, StickerHood cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Please triple-check your address before submitting your order.

9. Communication & Notifications

A phone number is required to complete most orders. We use the contact information you provide — including your phone number and email — to send order and service messages, such as confirmations, proofs, shipping updates, and notices about problems with your order (for example, a missing apartment number or an address typo). These messages are part of fulfilling your order.

Marketing messages are separate and optional. We will only send promotional texts or emails if you separately opt in, and your consent to receive marketing is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or clicking unsubscribe in any email; reply START to resume texts, or HELP for assistance.

Your contact information is never shared outside of StickerHood for marketing purposes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StickerHood and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) artwork or content you submit for printing; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party. StickerHood reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited product warranty stated in Sections 4 and 5, our Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerHood disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerHood is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

In all cases, StickerHood’s total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and StickerHood waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

14. General

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and StickerHood and supersede any prior agreements.
  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; StickerHood may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
  • Force Majeure. StickerHood is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply shortages.
  • Changes. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms replace any previous versions immediately upon posting.
